This session will delve into the Islamic rulings on moon sighting, its necessity in Shariah, and its impact on key religious duties.

We will also discuss the conflicts surrounding moon sighting, including regional differences, the debate between traditional sighting and astronomical calculations, and how science plays a role in determining the birth of the moon.
