Tafseer Al Quran for Modern Minds

Purpose:

Journey Through the Quran is a two-year Tafseer course designed for modern minds to understand the message of the Qur’an in a clear and relatable way.

It helps students reflect on its meanings and apply its rulings and guidance in daily life.

Combining classical interpretations with relevant modern insights, the course offers a balanced and practical approach to understanding the Qur’an.
By the end, students will develop a deeper connection with the Qur’an and its message.

Course Outline:

Principles of Tafseer and understanding the Qur’an

Study of selected Surahs with classical and modern interpretations

Exploration of key themes: belief, guidance, and character

Understanding Quranic rulings and their application in daily life

Reflection (tadabbur) and building a personal connection with the Qur’an

By the end of Journey Through the Quran, you will:

  3. Explore verses through both classical Tafseer and modern insights.
  4. Understand Quranic rulings and their relevance in today’s world.
  5. Develop a lasting relationship with the Qur’an through thoughtful reflection.

Note: Please select one class timing only, either morning or night. You do not need to register for both, as the course content is the same for each timing.

This course is included in the Mishkat ul Ilm program, so students already enrolled in that program do not need to enroll separately.
