Foundations of Quranic Arabic

Purpose:

Foundations of Quranic Arabic is a two-year course designed to teach Arabic in a simple and effective way. It helps students understand the Qur’an while developing spoken and written Arabic skills, with a strong focus on grammar and vocabulary.

The course uses a unique, easy methodno more difficult grammar rules or complex vocabulary. It has three levels: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced, each building gradually.

By the end, learners will understand Quranic verses, follow conversations, and read Arabic texts with confidence.

Level 1: Basic

Basic Vocabulary from the Quran

Level 2: Intermediate

Expanded Quranic vocabulary

⁠Intermediate grammar (verb forms, tenses, plurals)

⁠More sentence structures and translation practice

⁠Understanding longer Quranic passages

Reading simple Arabic texts

Level 3: Advanced

Advanced grammar and sentence structures

⁠Deep analysis of Quranic verses

⁠Fluency in reading and comprehension

Advanced vocabulary and expressions

Reading classical and modern Arabic texts

This course is included in the Mishkat ul Ilm program, so students already enrolled in that program do not need to enroll separately.
